In mathematical terms how could you define Divine state.
Zero (0):
A state of Nothingness
Infinity (∞):
A state of everything excluding nothingness
Creation:
Creation would be the state that exist between 0 and ∞.
Divine:
Divine an absolute state would be where both Nothingness and Everything exist at same time. In Mathematical terms it would be -
0 + ∞ = Divine (where reaches x->0 and reaches y->∞ at same time). This is bit complex.
Now since 0 and ∞ are part of Divine, then everything else between 0 & ∞ is also part of Divine.
Koran says, "Allah knoweth that which ye keep hidden and that which ye proclaim" Surah 16:19
Bhagavad Gita says, "To him who sees me in everything, and everything in me, I am never lost, and he is not lost to me"
Bible (KJV) says, "4: And if he trespass against thee seven times a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him."
Last week, as I was getting ready for the seminar in Virginia on September 4, 2010, which I had to fly to on September 3 late afternoon, some of my colleagues at work told me about the advancing hurricane Earl. However, there was a silent assurance in my heart that I will be able to fly to Virginia incident free and that the seminar will go well.
Divine Heart Center wishes you all a Happy Janmashtami 2010!
This day is celebrated as the birthday of the Lord Krishna - a complete incarnation of the abstract Divine in the human form. Those who meditate or remember the Divine today will feel the sweetness of Divine Love descend into their beings.
Non-attachment is not something abstract. One way to measure non-attachment at the level of the Self is to observe your breathing pattern. If the pace of your breath doesn't change irrespective of your thoughts, emotions or outward experiences, then you have become closer to non-attachment.
The other day when I was putting the soiled dishes in the dishwasher, it occurred to me that the principle behind a spiritual Initiation or “Diksha” can be explained through the analogy of the dishwasher.
The mind of a seeker is like a dishwasher filled with soiled dishes. These soiled dishes represent the fear, the anger, the bitterness, the suffering and the general disturbance in the seeker’s mind. This dirt of ignorance prevents the seeker from achieving sustainable peace and happiness.
He is expressing his LOVE, JOY & AWARENESS through a mysterious & genius GAME of deluded and limited concepts of Love, Joy & Awareness/Intelligence through every MIND in creation. Because of the Power of Delusion we remain ignorant of this DIVINE GAME and keep on living in the world of our own concepts of Love, Joy & Intelligence. This confines our happiness, knowledge and power.
