The Universe allows us to correct one form of energy using another form of energy. This is the law of energy exchange. Also, the law of Karma.
This process was made possible by Grace. Without it, bad energy would remain uncorrectable.
The process of energy exchange is free, but the mind sees only the giving side of it, therefore it appears to you as not free.
