Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar have drawn seekers, saints, yogis, and pilgrims for thousands of years. Revered across multiple spiritual traditions, Kailash is an experience that touches each person differently.

In May and June of 2026, members of the Divine Heart Center family undertook this sacred pilgrimage together. Over the course of the journey, we travelled from the ancient temples of Kathmandu through the vast landscapes of Tibet, spent time in prayer, meditation, and ceremony on the shores of Lake Mansarovar, amidst some of the most awe-inspiring scenery on Earth.

Every pilgrimage unfolds on two levels. There is the outer journey across mountains, lakes, and sacred sites. And then there is the inner journey of surrender, courage, healing, devotion, and transformation. While the route is the same, each pilgrim's experience is unique.

The reflections below offer a glimpse into what this Yatra meant to those who participated. We hope their words and photographs convey not only the beauty of the places visited, but also the profound inner shifts that can occur when one answers the call of Kailash.

We are grateful to all the pilgrims who shared their experiences and allowed us to be part of their journey.

Thanks everyone for the nice welcoming in your Group.
It was amazing to do this journey with such wonderful, kind and amazing people!
It was a honor to share this experience with you All!
A big Thanks to Sailesh for organizing this Trip and the support and the beautiful memories I‘m taking home!

Thank you for your thoughtfulness, kindness and leadership (just to name very few things), dear Guruji.
WE MISS YOU ALL!!! We are still soaking so much in, and this will continue. Thank you especially for the type follow- up of what to do next. 😀 May God bless you all always.

Shailesh, thank you for including me in the DHC Yatra.
I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome and the way everyone looked out for one another throughout the journey. It truly felt like being part of a big, loving family of positive and like-minded souls.

Mahadev always knows what is best for us, and this experience was no exception. I feel blessed beyond words.

I couldn’t get enough of the majestic views of Kailash and Nandi Parvat—there was something truly divine in every glimpse. The journey will stay in my heart as a beautiful and humbling reminder of grace, connection, and devotion.
HAR HAR MAHADEV🙏😊

I am flying home now, but my heart is still stuck somewhere at Kailash &  Mansarovar.

I kept thinking about you all and how to thank all of you, and the truth is simple- this wasn’t just a trip, we became a family.

Sailesh, thank you for this trip🙏

Everyone took care of each other somehow.
From checking if everyone was warm enough, rested enough, okay enough.
Everyone handled the chaos, and still found time to make sure everyone is okay.
Without each one of you, this journey would’ve been 10 times harder.
Thank you everyone.

To the young gen- you were the soul of this group. Those crazy long bus rides with bad roads could have drained us, but your energy, jokes, music, and non-stop masti kept everyone alive. You turned exhaustion into laughter.

We reminded each other that even when the path is tough, we can still choose joy.

Everyone - thank you for the little things that meant everything.

The chit chats, the chai breaks, the random hugs, the way we all looked out for each other without even asking.

Yes, the path was tough. Yes, the buses were rough. Yes, the altitude tested every one of us. But because of the love, care, and positivity in this group, none of it felt heavy. What should have broken us actually bonded us.

I came back with more than photos or videos. I came back with a second family. I already miss the “ chai time, dinner time texts from Sailesh..
We all had  each other’s backs for sure.

Kailash brought us together for a reason. This isn’t goodbye. It’s just “see you soon, family.”

Sending so much love, hugs and gratitude your way.

Jai Mahadeva Jai Kailash 🔱

As I spend some additional time in the beautiful city of Kathmandu, I wanted to take the time to thank each and every one of you - all of the DHC Family, especially to Guruji, Pankaj as always for all the work done behind the scenes, and all the masters for their blessings, and new friends made 🙏🏽✨.

Thank you to all masters that have mentally, physically, and spiritually looked after us and prepared us for this incredible Yatra.

These Divine experiences have been so profoundly impactful for my family and I. It has truly been beyond a  blessing to have lived this retreat with my mom and brother, and witnessing their deepening as well has been the greatest divine gift. All by God’s Grace. There are truly no words to describe the depth of love, clarity, and devotion that has deepened within me, and that ive witnessed deepen within others thanks to Divine and His/Her Grace in guiding us all through - the challenges, the fun times shared, and the incredibly sacred sites visited. Especially in receiving Darshan of Mt Kailash of course 🙏🏽✨🕉️.

Just 2 days after the completion of Yatra, even more  Divine experiences continue to unfold that have no logical explanation, and it comes to show when one truly focuses on the Divine as much as possible, eventually every experience that follows also becomes Divine.

Sending all my love, gratitude, and light to all. 🤍✨🙏🏽

Aum Prem! Har Har Mahadev
